RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase, but if not, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of its shipped date. Returns will be refunded for the purchase price excluding shipping, handling, and a 15% restocking fee. (Exchanges are excluded from this fee.)

Refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive your returned item.

To return your item, securely repackage your order and ship it to the address below using FedEx, UPS, or insured USPS mail. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and order number with your return.

Processing & Exchanges

Once your return arrives, please allow up to 15 business days for processing. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been completed.

Exchanges are shipped within 30 days from the date your return is received. Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable.
