Please note that delivery times are guidelines and may vary during our seasonal sale times. All orders typically ship within 30 days of purchase date. All our shoes are handmade in a family- owned factory in Italy.
Standard Service- $20 per order.
PLEASE NOTE: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELAYS DUE TO THIRD PARTY SHIPPING COMPANIES. In this case refund will not be applicable.
Items are eligible for returns as long as they meet the requirements of our Returns policy.
SPECIAL ORDER
Due to their bespoke nature, special order items have an estimated delivery time of 4 to 10 weeks, are non-refundable and will be shipped independently of any other items ordered. Delivery of special order items created using exotic materials is expected to take an additional 4-6 weeks from the estimated date due to transit and customs clearance.
PRE-ORDER:
Pre-ordered items are not immediately available to be shipped out to you. We provide you with estimated delivery times on the product page of your chosen item. However, please note these are guidelines and we will keep you updated on the status of your order.
International Orders (Including Canadian Orders)
For customers outside the United States, including Canada, please note that your order may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be due upon receipt. We cannot predict or control these fees, and they are not included in your order total at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to bear any additional charges required by customs.
